Responsibilities
- ชี้แจง เจรจา และไกล่เกลี่ยเรื่องร้องเรียน ต่อสำนักงาน คปภ. สคบ. รวมถึงหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมทั้งประสานงานหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเจรจายุติข้อพิพาทยุติลงได้่ด้วยความเป็นธรรม
- ประสานงานและรวบรวมเอกสารของผู้ร้องเรียนให้ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการสินไหมทดแทนทั่วประเทศและหน่้วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อดำเนินการชดใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทน ตามบันทึกข้อตกลงที่ทำไว้กับ คปภ. และหน่วยงานภาครัฐ
Qualifications
-อายุ 22-30 ปี
-สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
-มีความสามารถในการเจรจาและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
-มีความสามารถในการติดต่อ ประสานงาน
-ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้ ขับรถยนต์และรถจักรยานยนต์ได้
