Responsibilities
• จัดหา จัดทำ เอกสารเกี่ยวกับงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้างงานโครงการ
• รับผิดชอบในการจัดซื้อสำหรับงานโครงการก่อสร้าง สรรหาคัดเลือกผู้รับเหมา ประสานงานผู้รับเหมาในส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• เจรจาต่อรองราคากับ supplier ทำตารางเปรียบเทียบราคาและเงื่อนไขอื่นๆเพื่อให้ได้ราคาและคุณภาพที่เหมาะสม
• ติดตามงานและควบคุม supplier จัดส่งงานได้ตามแผนงาน
• สรรหา supplier รายใหม่และประเมินผู้ขายทุกปี
• จัดทำฐานข้อมูลของผู้จำหน่ายให้เป็นปัจจุบัน และ ทำราคากลาง
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
• อายุตั้งแต่ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดซื้อ งานโครงการก่อสร้าง ตกแต่ง ต่อเติม ปรับปรุง มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมโยธา
• มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองและประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาได้
• มีความซื่อสัตย์ ตรงต่อเวลาและมีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
• ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน ในสภาวะเร่งด่วนได้
