Responsibilities
1. พิจารณารับประกันภัยสําหรับคดีที่ไม่ซับซ้อน โดยพิจารณาจากข้อหาหรือฐานความผิด สถานภาพผู้เอาประกันและผู้ค้ำประกัน เรียกเก็บเบี้ยประกันภัย ออกกรมธรรม์ ยื่นเอกสารการประกันตัวต่อศาล
2. นําส่งเบี้ยประกันภัย บันทึกประวัติกรมธรรม์
3. ประสานงานแจ้งวันนัดหมายให้ผู้เอาประกันภัย หรือผู้ค้ำประกันทราบ จนกว่าคดีจะสิ้นสุดความคุ้มครอง
4. ยื่นคําร้องต่าง ๆ ต่อศาล เช่น คัดคําบังคับ หมายจับ รายงานกระบวนพิจารณาอุทธรณ์คําสั่งศาล คําร้องขอส่งตัวและขอลดค่าปรับ
5. จัดทําสินไหมจ่ายให้กับหน่วยงานที่สั่งปรับ
6. เรียกร้องค่าปรับเบื้องต้นคืนจากผู้ค้ำประกัน
7. มอบหมายจับให้ชุดจับกุม นําตัวจําเลยส่งศาล
8. ให้คําปรึกษาแนะนําการประกันภัยอิสรภาพแก่ตัวแทน สาขา ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการสินไหมทดแทน และบุคคลทั่วไป
9. อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
-อายุ 22 – 30 ปี
-ปริญญาตรี นิติศาสตร์ หรือรัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
-มีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหา
-มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และสามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมสําเร็จรูปได้ดี ปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
