Responsibilities
1. ดูแล และให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำแก่พนักงานในการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นต่าง ๆ
2. ติดตั้ง อบรม ดูแล และให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นต่าง ๆ สำหรับคู่ค้า
3. จัดทำรายงานตามคำร้องขอนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
4. ดูแล ตรวจสอบ การสำรองข้อมูลและจัดเก็บเทปให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายการสำรองระบบข้อมูลและระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ของบริษัทฯ รวมถึงรักษาเทปข้อมูลให้มีความพร้อมอยู่เสมอในกรณีที่ต้องทำการกู้ข้อมูลจากเทปในสภาวะฉุกเฉิน
5. กรณีโปรแกรม ข้อมูล เครือข่ายการติดต่อสื่อสารหรืออุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์มีปัญหา แก้ไขและดำเนินการให้สามารถใช้งานได้
6. ติดตั้ง Computer Desktop, Notebook, UPS, Printer Dot Matrix และ Ghost เครื่อง PC กรณีที่ Windows เสียหายต้องลงใหม่
7. ตรวจสอบเลขที่ทรัพย์สินคอมพิวเตอร์ในระบบกับผู้ครอบครองปัจจุบันให้ถูกต้อง
8. พิจารณาให้ความเห็นเพื่อนำเสนอผู้มีอำนาจอนุมัติในเรื่องการขอ ส่งคืน จัดซ่อม และโอนย้ายทรัพย์สินคอมพิวเตอร์
9. แจ้งและติดตามงานซ่อมเครื่องมัลติฟังก์ชั่น อุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ กับสารสนเทศส่วนกลางหรือผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เช่น Sharp, Ricoh
10. แนะนำการใช้งานเครื่องมัลติฟังก์ชั่น และเครื่องมือเกี่ยวกับโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ได้ เช่น ไมโครโฟน โปรเจคเตอร์
11. อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ และอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาอาการเสียของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงได้
- มีความรู้ความชำนาญโปรแกรม Microsoft Office / MS SQL Server
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและประมวลผล
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา สรุปเหตุผล และเสนอทางเลือกในการแก้ไขปัญหา
- มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และสนใจเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ และสามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
