Responsibilities
1. รับและคัดแยกประเภทเคลม เพื่อดำเนินการเรียกร้องและชดใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทนกับบริษัทประกันภัย บริษัทประกันภัยตนเอง และหน่วยงานภาครัฐ พร้อมทั้งบันทึกข้อมูลในระบบงานสินไหมทดแทน
2. ออกหนังสือสัญญาไม่เรียกร้องค่าสินไหมทดแทนซึ่งกันและกัน ให้บริษัทคู่กรณีลงนาม (กรณีเคลมฝ่ายถูก) และตอบรับหนังสือสัญญาไม่เรียกร้องค่าสินไหมทดแทนซึ่งกันและกัน ให้บริษัทคู่กรณี (กรณีเคลมฝ่ายผิด)
3. ออกหนังสือบอกกล่าวทวงถามถึงคู่กรณีทุกฝ่าย ในกรณีที่คู่กรณีไม่มีประกัน ไม่แจ้งเคลม และบริษัทคู่กรณีปฏิเสธความรับผิดชอบ รวมทั้งจัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบข้อมูลเอกสารที่ต้องส่งไปเรียกร้องค่าสินไหมทดแทนกับบริษัทคู่กรณี
4. จัดทำใบคำขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติม ในกรณีที่เอกสารเรียกร้องค่าสินไหมทดแทนไม่ครบถ้วน กับศูนย์ปฏิบัติการสินไหมทดแทน และติดตามการจัดส่งเอกสารให้ครบถ้วน
5. จัดเตรียมเอกสารต่างๆ ให้กับฝ่ายกฎหมายดำเนินการกับคู่กรณี (ในกรณีที่เจรจาตกลงกับบริษัทคู่กรณีไม่ได้) และตรวจสอบรายละเอียดของคู่กรณีตามที่หน่วยงานต่างๆ ในบริษัทร้องขอ
6. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย / หญิง
- อายุ 22-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการทั่วไป รัฐศาสตร์ นิติศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ในเรื่องระบบงานสินไหมทดแทน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และสามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีความสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้ดี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
