Responsibilities
1. Process Improvement
• วิเคราะห์กระบวนการแบบ End-to-End ตลอด Customer Journey ตั้งแต่ Underwriting, การขาย, การจัดการกรมธรรม์ จนถึง Claims เพื่อระบุ Gap และโอกาสปรับปรุง
• ออกแบบ Standard Operating Process กลางที่ใช้ร่วมกันทั้งองค์กร ลดความซ้ำซ้อนและข้อผิดพลาด
• ประยุกต์ใช้ Framework มาตรฐาน เช่น Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile ในการวิเคราะห์เชิงระบบ
2. Cross-Functional Integration
• ทำหน้าที่ "Integrator" เชื่อมการทำงานระหว่างสายงาน ได้แก่ Operations, IT, Finance, Underwriting, Claims, Sales และ Compliance ให้ประสานกันได้โดยไม่ติดขัดที่รอยต่อ
• ออกแบบ Cross-Functional Workflow ที่กำหนดบทบาท เจ้าภาพ และ Handoff Point ระหว่างสายงานอย่างชัดเจน
• ขับเคลื่อน Cross-Function Initiative
• สร้าง Common Language ระหว่างฝ่ายธุรกิจและ IT ให้ทุกฝ่ายเข้าใจเป้าหมายร่วมกัน
3. Business Analysis & Solution Design (เน้น Solution-First)
• ทำหน้าที่ "Solution Architect ฝั่งธุรกิจ" รวบรวม Business Requirements และแปลงเป็น Conceptual Solution Design ที่ครอบคลุม People, Process และ Technology
• ออกแบบ To-Be Process และ Solution Blueprint โดยใช้ BPMN, Value Stream Mapping และ Solution Prototype ให้ทุกฝ่ายเห็นภาพร่วมกันก่อนลงมือพัฒนา
• ประเมินและเปรียบเทียบ Solution Options พร้อม Trade-off Analysis และ Recommendation ก่อนนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
• จัดทำ Feasibility Study และ Business Case
4. Project Management
• บริหารโครงการ Transformation ตั้งแต่ Initiation จนถึง Delivery ให้ตรงเวลาและงบประมาณ
• จัดทำ Project Charter, Roadmap, Risk Register และ Change Log อย่างเป็นระบบ
• ติดตามความคืบหน้า รายงาน KPI และ Milestone ต่อผู้บริหารสม่ำเสมอ
5. Transformation & Change Management
• วางแผนและบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Change Management Plan) ให้ระบบและกระบวนการใหม่ถูกนำไปใช้จริง (Adoption)
• จัดทำ Communication Plan และ Training Plan ร่วมกับ HR และสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• บริหารผู้มีส่วนได้เสียทุกระดับ ตั้งแต่ C-level จนถึงพนักงานปฏิบัติการ
6. Strategic Support
• สนับสนุนงาน Corporate Strategy เช่น Business Case, Strategic Initiative Tracking, KPI Dashboard
• จัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอต่อ Board / Management Committee
• วิเคราะห์ตลาดประกันภัย แนวโน้มคู่แข่ง และกฎเกณฑ์ คปภ. เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์
Qualifications
• Education: ปริญญาตรี หรือ ปริญญาโท สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• Experience: ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไป ด้าน Process Improvement หรือ Business Transformation
• Methodology-Driven: มีประสบการณ์การใช้ Framework มาตรฐานในการทำงานจริง (เช่น Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking)
• Tech Literacy: มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเทคโนโลยีในภาพกว้าง (Tech-Business Bridge) สามารถแปลงโจทย์ธุรกิจเป็นความต้องการทางเทคโนโลยีได้ (ไม่ต้องเขียน Code เอง)
• Core Competencies: มีทักษะการคิดเชิงระบบ (Systems Thinking), แม่นยำในเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ (VSM, BPMN) และมองภาพใหญ่ขององค์กรได้ชัดเจน
• Certification: หากมีใบรับรอง Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP หรือ Scrum Master จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
