Responsibilities
- รับผิดชอบงานสรรหาพนักงานในตำแหน่ง พนักงานขายทางโทรศัพท์ (Telesales)
- ลงประกาศรับสมัครงานผ่านช่องทาง Online Job Board และ Social Media
- คัดกรองใบสมัคร นัดหมายสัมภาษณ์ และประสานงานผู้สมัคร
- สัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้นและสรุปผลการสัมภาษณ์
- ดูแล Pipeline ผู้สมัครให้เพียงพอต่อเป้าหมายการจ้างงาน
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการสรรหา
- ร่วมวางแผน Recruitment Campaign เพื่อเพิ่มจำนวนผู้สมัคร
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจนผู้สมัครเริ่มงานสำเร็จ
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- เปิดรับทุกเพศ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Recruitment อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป (หากมีประสบการณ์สรรหาพนักงานขายทางโทรศัพท์ (Telesales) หรือ Call Center จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ และมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและเป้าหมายการสรรหาได้
- มีความคล่องตัวในการสรรหาพนักงานจำนวนมาก (Mass Recruitment)
- สามารถใช้งาน AI Tools และ Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
