Responsibilities
- พิจารณา วิเคราะห์ และตรวจสอบความเสียหายของตัวรถยนต์ / ทรัพย์สินตามที่ได้รับข้อมูลจากศูนย์ซ่อมมาตรฐานหรือผู้ใช้บริการ--------
- พิจารณา เจรจา และอนุมัติค่าสินไหมทดแทน อาทิ ค่าแรง ค่าอะไหล่ ทรัพย์สินอื่น ฯลฯ
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามการจัดซ่อมตัวรถยนต์ / ทรัพย์สินให้เป็นไปตามรายการที่ตกลงไว้
- จัดทำเอกสารและบันทึกข้อมูลรายการความเสียหายของตัวรถยนต์ / ทรัพย์สินที่ตกลงกับผู้เอาประกันภัย คู่กรณี และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สรุปรายละเอียดความเสียหายซากรถยนต์และประเมินราคาค่าซาก
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปค่าสินไหมทดแทนที่ต้องเรียกร้อง และรายงานสรุปค่าสินไหมทดแทนที่ไม่สามารถตกลงกันได้
- ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการประกันภัย และขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติตนแก่บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
วุฒิปวช./ปวส. สาขาช่างยนต์ ช่างกล ช่างเชื่อ หรือช่างไฟฟ้า และปริญญาตรีด้านวิศวกรรมเครื่องยนต์ หรือปริญญาตรีสาขาอื่นที่มีพื้นฐานปวช. หรือปวส. สาขาช่างยนต์
มีความรอบรู้ด้านรถยนต์ เครื่องยนต์ และเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และสามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
มีความสามารถขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ / รถยนต์ พร้อมทั้งมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
มีความสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้ดี
สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
