Responsibilities

1. พัฒนาทักษะการขายให้กับพนักงานฝ่ายขายทางโทรศัพท์อย่างต่อเนื่อง

2. การบริหารทีมขายจำนวน 10 -15 ท่าน ตามเป้าหมายที่ได้กำหนดไว้ในแต่ละเดือน

3. บริหารจัดการรายชื่อที่บริษัทได้มอบให้ เพื่อขายผลิตภัณฑ์เพิ่มเติมจากฐานลูกค้าเดิมของบริษัท

4. กำหนดกลยุทธิ์ของ Script การขายเพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจและกระตุ้นยอดขายอย่างต่อเนื่อง

5. บริหารการทำงาน โดยวิเคราะห์ถึงสาเหตุและแก้ปัญหาเพื่อให้เกิดผลสำเร็จของทีมขาย

Qualifications

1. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานการบริหารทีมขาย ( Supervisor ) 5-9 ปี 

2. มีความเป็นผู้นำ, โดดเด่นมนุษย์สัมพันธ์รวมถึง การสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม

3. หากมีความถนัดเรื่องประกันสุขภาพ หรือ ประกันชีวิต จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ

4. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
