Responsibilities
1. สอบถามความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการ ด้านต่างๆขององค์กร ผ่านช่องทางโทรศัพท์
2. บันทึกข้อมูล ลงในระบบแบบฟอร์มความพึงพอใจ ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน ตามความเป็นจริง
3. ประสานและติดตามงานให้กับลูกค้าได้ ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน สมบูรณ์
4. สรุปรายงานยอดสอบถามความพึงพอใจ และส่งให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชา
5. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications
- อายุ 23 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีใจรักงานด้านงานให้บริการ
- สามารถจับประเด็นและวิเคราะห์สิ่งที่ลูกค้าสื่อสารได้ตรงประเด็น
- สามารถสื่อสารได้เข้าใจ ชัดเจน
- สามารถควบคุมอารมณ์ได้ดี เมื่ออยู่ในสถานการณ์ที่กดดัน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีน้ำเสียง นุ่มนวล และสุภาพ
- มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- ยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และสามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
