Responsibilities
- AI Use Case Discovery & Prioritization
o ร่วมกับ Business Unit เพื่อค้นหา Pain Point, Opportunity และ Use Case ที่เหมาะสมกับการประยุกต์ใช้ AI
o วิเคราะห์ Business Impact, Feasibility, Data Readiness และ Risk เพื่อจัดลำดับความสำคัญของ AI Initiative
o จัดทำ Problem Statement, Business Case และ Success Criteria สำหรับแต่ละ Use Case
- AI Solution & Product Design
o วิเคราะห์ As-Is และออกแบบ To-Be Process ที่ใช้ AI เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ลดต้นทุน หรือยกระดับประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้งาน
o ออกแบบ AI Solution Blueprint ครอบคลุม Workflow, Data Requirement, Business Rule, Human Oversight และ AI Guardrail
o กำหนด Scope, Success Metric และ Acceptance Criteria สำหรับการทดลองและการนำไปใช้งานจริง
- AI Experimentation & Value Validation
o กำกับและติดตามการดำเนินงาน POC ร่วมกับทีมพัฒนาและ Business Owner
o ประเมินผลการทดลองจากมุมมอง Business Value, User Experience, AI Quality และ Risk
o จัดทำ Evidence-Based Recommendation เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ Go, No-Go หรือ Scale-Up ของ Use Case
- AI Adoption & Scaling
o สนับสนุนการวางแผน Adoption, Communication และ Change Management สำหรับ AI Solution ที่พร้อมใช้งาน
o ติดตามผลลัพธ์หลังใช้งานจริง ทั้งด้าน Adoption, Business Value และ Operational Impact
o จัดทำ Playbook, Reusable Pattern และ Best Practice เพื่อขยายผลการใช้ AI ในองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สถิติ วิทยาการข้อมูล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Business Analysis, AI Product, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, Data Analytics หรือ Consulting
- มีความเข้าใจด้าน AI และการประยุกต์ใช้งาน เช่น Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, Document Intelligence, AI Search หรือ AI Agents
- สามารถจัดทำ Business Case วิเคราะห์และออกแบบกระบวนการทำงาน รวมถึงดำเนิน Workshop กับผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การแก้ไขปัญหา และการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทั้ง Business และ Technical Team
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจประกันภัย การเงิน หรือองค์กรภายใต้ข้อกำกับ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
