Responsibilities
- รับแจ้งเหตุและรับมอบหมายงานจากหัวหน้าชุด หรือหัวหน้าส่วนสินไหมทดแทน หรือผู้จัดการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการสินไหมทดแทนตามการบริหารงานในศูนย์ปฏิบัติการสินไหมทดแทนของแต่ละพื้นที่ ตามที่ฝ่ายปฎิบัติการภาคกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบอุบัติเหตุตามขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานที่กำหนด สรุปผลการตรวจสอบอุบัติเหตุและประเมินความเสียหายเบื้องต้นเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
- จัดทำและรวบรวมเอกสารที่ต้องใช้เป็นหลักฐานประกอบการพิจารณา และเป็นข้อมูลสำหรับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน
- บันทึกข้อมูลการตรวจสอบอุบัติเหตุลงในเอกสารที่กำหนดตามขั้นตอนกระบวนงาน
- ปฎิบัติตามนโยบาย ที่สนับสนุนงานขาย , คู่ค้าทางธุรกิจ และแนวทางการปฎิบัติ เฉพาะกิจหรือเร่งด่วน
- ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการประกันภัยและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติตนแก่ผู้เอาประกันภัย คู่กรณี และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- มีความสามารถในการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ / รถยนต์ พร้อมทั้งมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้ดี
