Responsibilities
- นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันสุขภาพแก่กลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด
- บริหารจัดการยอดขายทางโทรศัพท์ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด ทั้งรายเดือนและรายปี
- ให้คำแนะนำและนำเสนอจุดเด่นของผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันสุขภาพ เพื่อกระตุ้นและจูงใจให้ลูกค้าตัดสินใจซื้อ
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจและส่งเสริมการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันสุขภาพ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ม.6) / ปวช., ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขาวิชา
- อายุ 24 – 47 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการทำงาน
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และสามารถประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และสามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายตรง หรือการขายทางโทรศัพท์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
