“ฉั่วฮะเส็ง” เริ่มต้นผลิตและจำหน่ายน้ำพริกเผาอันเป็นธุรกิจเริ่มแรกของครอบครัวในตลาดเก่าเยาวราช อันเป็นแหล่งที่เลื่องชื่อในเรื่องอาหารรสเลิศสารพัดเมนูด้วยสูตรลับเฉพาะที่อร่อยลงตัวกับคุณภาพที่เต็มเปี่ยม ทำให้ฉั่วฮะเส็งได้รับการยอมรับในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร ชนะใจคนปรุง ทุกระดับ ตั้งแต่เชฟมือเอกจนถึงแม่ครัวร้านดัง

ผลิตภัณฑ์ “ฉั่วฮะเส็ง” ได้รับความนิยมอย่างสูงและแพร่หลาย ต่อมาในปี 2534 ได้จดทะเบียนเป็น “บริษัท ฉั่วฮะเส็ง ฟู้ดโปรดักส์ จำกัด” และขยายการผลิตอยากเต็มตัวด้วยกระบวนการผลิตที่ทันสมัย ไม่เพียงคัดสรรวัตถุดิบคุณภาพมาผลิตน้ำพริกเผาที่เป็นสินค้ายอดนิยม แต่ยังได้ริเริ่มสูตรเด็ดต่างๆ อาทิ น้ำจิ้มไก่ ซอสพริก น้ำจิ้มหวานบ๊วยกอ น้ำจิ้มสุกี้ ซอสมะเขือเทศ ด้วยสูตรลับเฉพาะที่ผ่านการปรุงมาอย่างพิถีพิถัน ผลิตภัณฑ์ฉั่วฮะเส็ง จึงได้รับเลือกให้เป็นผู้อยู่เบื้องหลังความอร่อยของผู้ประกอบ ธุรกิจร้านอาหาร ทั้งโรงแรมห้าดาว ร้านอาหารชื่อดังที่คุ้นเคย จนถึงห้องครัวที่บ้านคุณ

The legend of our ‘journey for the finest taste’ traces its origins back in 1950s in one of the oldest areas of Bangkok called “Yaowarat Road” (or Bangkok’s Chinatown) which is well known as the center of good food and a variety of raw materials for foodstuff. CHUA HAH SENG began its small family business with “Chili Paste” there. The unique and distinct flavor made our product rapidly well accepted by chefs and eater, and became famous in food business since then.
