Responsibilities
- ดูแลและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า Key Account ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- นำเสนอและขายสินค้าหรือบริการของบริษัทให้แก่ลูกค้าปัจจุบัน.
- ประสานงานภายในกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ติดตามยอดขายและเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ และจัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้า
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้าและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา
- จัดทำแผนการเข้าเยี่ยมลูกค้าและกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายหรือดูแลลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 1-4 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- ความสามารถในการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมาย
- ยินดีเดินทางเพื่อเข้าพบลูกค้าในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
