Responsibilities
- ติดต่อลูกหนี้ทางโทรศัพท์เพื่อแจ้งยอดค้างชำระและเงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน
- เจรจาและติดตามการชำระหนี้ตามกำหนดเวลาที่ตกลง
- บันทึกข้อมูลการติดต่อและสถานะการชำระหนี้ในระบบให้ถูกต้อง
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการชำระเงินของลูกหนี้
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดหนี้คงค้างและผลการเร่งรัดหนี้เป็นประจำ
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปวช./ปวส. หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเร่งรัดหนี้สิน 1-3 ปี
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการข้อมูลได้เป็นระบบ
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์จากสถาบันการเงินจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
