Sales Coordinator - NN King Of fruit CO., LTD.

• Coordinate and process international customer orders
• Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
• Liaise with international freight forwarders and relevant agencies
• Track shipment status to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Provide information and respond to inquiries from international clients regarding order status and delivery
• Generate monthly sales and export activity reports

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline
• 1-5 years of experience in sales coordination or export operations
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal communication
• Basic understanding of export documentation and international logistics processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
• Direct experience in an export-focused business is a plus.
