Responsibilities
- Identify customer challenges by collecting relevant information, data, and facts.
- Assess and analyze findings to develop concrete assumptions and propose optimal solutions for clients.
- Collaborate closely with customers to provide practical solutions and support their successful implementation.
- Build and maintain trust with customers, establishing recognition for professional consulting expertise at JMAC Thailand.
- Manage assigned projects effectively to deliver committed results to customers.
- Coordinate and communicate with project leaders, project members, and clients to ensure informed decision-making based on progress and results.
- Work with Senior and Chief consultants to apply the JMAC Framework appropriately to each customer's specific conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree and/or overseas education is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated experience in leading or managing projects focused on:
- Operation and process analysis
- Productivity and quality improvement
- Cost reduction, capacity increase, QCC, TPM, or similar initiatives is a plus.
- Data design, collection, and analysis is a plus.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate working discussions and strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English communication, with a minimum TOEIC score of 750, TOEFL score of 550, or IELTS score of 6.5. Japanese language proficiency is not required but is an advantage.
