Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of server and system infrastructure.
- Administer System Server versions 2019 and 2025.
- Monitor and maintain the Virtual Machine environment on VMware vSphere platform.
- Implement Windows Server Security Patch updates.
- Manage job backup, replication, and restore operations using Veeam Backup.
- Administer Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, permissions, and security policies within Active Directory.
- Administer Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Manage user lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), access policies, and Microsoft Defender.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Maintain network diagrams, IP plans, and VLAN configurations.
- Document infrastructure, systems, and all changes.
- Track recurring issues and their resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Microsoft environments and identity systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in English.
