Talent Acquisition Manager - NN King Of fruit CO., LTD.

• Define and develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce plans
• Partner with Hiring Managers to analyze and refine job descriptions and candidate profiles
• Design and implement in-depth candidate screening and assessment processes to identify high-potential talent
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer presentation
• Develop and deliver capability-building programs for Hiring Managers on best recruitment practices
• Analyze labor market data and compensation trends to inform hiring decisions
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and exit interviews to gather critical insights
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance against established targets

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
• Proven ability to accurately analyze job roles and define precise candidate profiles
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates beyond their CVs
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, including providing strategic advice to Hiring Managers
• Demonstrated experience in managing and achieving measurable recruitment targets
• Understanding of labor laws and best practices in talent acquisition
• Previous experience from a Recruitment Agency or a non-HR background is a plus.
