Responsibilities
- Oversee and control production processes within the assigned line to meet plans and standards
- Manage production resources, including personnel, machinery, and raw materials, for maximum efficiency
- Plan and schedule daily and weekly production to ensure timely delivery of products
- Coordinate with maintenance and procurement departments to resolve machine issues and secure raw materials
- Analyze and continuously improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
- Supervise safety and occupational health practices within the production area
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports, including issues and corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 7 years of production experience in the chemical or petrochemical industry
- Strong understanding of industrial production processes, chemicals, and safety standards
- Ability to analyze problems and make decisions under urgent circumstances
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with operational teams
- TOEIC score of 550 or higher
- Experience in team leadership or process improvement projects is a plus.
