1.      Contract Drafting, Review & Risk Management

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a range of complex agreements, including consultancy, subcontractor, vendor, and partnership contracts.

• ­ Analyze contract terms to identify legal, commercial, and operational risks, and provide proactive advice to project and business teams.

• ­ Advise internal stakeholders on rights, obligations, and risk exposure, ensuring alignment with firm policy and regional requirements.

• ­ Stay informed on contract law, procurement regulations, and industry standards to ensure contract compliance and relevance.

2.      Contract Execution, Client Coordination & Issue Resolution

• ­Serve as a key point of contact for contract-related matters with clients—supporting clarification, alignment, and resolution of terms.

• Monitor contract fulfillment, conduct compliance checks, and report deviations or risks in execution.

• Join BD Associate and Director in selected client meetings to support contract clarification and assist in negotiations where technical interpretation is required.

• Manage contract variations, dispute escalations, and due diligence efforts with professionalism and clear communication.

• Coordinate with legal, finance, design, procurement, and project teams to ensure integrated contract delivery and vendor/client engagement.

3.      Team Leadership & Workflow Oversight

• ­Manage and prioritize the contractual work pipeline in coordination with project schedules and business urgency.

• Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate contract administrators, ensuring accurate work delivery and continuous learning.

• ­Contribute to process improvements, documentation standards, and contract knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements/Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in political science, Law or a related field (master’s preferred).

• ­5+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a project-based or design-focused industry.

• ­Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement procedures.

• ­Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• ­Proficient in contract management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, or custom ERP tools) and MS Office.

• ­Experience working with design professionals or in landscape architecture, urban design, or construction-related firms is preferred.

• A good team player with adaptive and agile way of working

• ­Ability to coach junior BD team members and promote a high-performance business culture.

• Excellent written Business English skills, especially in contract and legal documentation
