Responsibilities

- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
- Monitor existing systems to ensure highly available environments.
- Co-operate with team member to provide in depth troubleshooting and escalation.
- Create and Maintain documentation of system configuration or other report assigned.
- Support other IT and business projects.
- Keep up-to-date with products and technologies of responsible job.
- Understand of the configuration and implementation of the network and associated systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology , Computer Science or any related fields.

- New graduate or 0-2 years experience in IT, Network environment

- Knowledge in Network infrastructure, Network Security, Data communication (LAN,WAN) and system integrations.

- Knowledge of Server ,Cloud ,Wireless ,IP Telephony to be advantage.

- Good teamwork and discipline.

- Good service mind and communication.

- Good command in English.

- Able to work well in a pressurized environment and have flexible time.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, entry-level Network Engineer role based in the greater Bangkok area (Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon). In this position, you will support the installation and configuration of network devices, monitor system performance, and assist in resolving basic network-related technical issues. You will gain foundational knowledge in Network Infrastructure, Network Security, and Data Communication, and have the opportunity to learn about emerging technologies such as Server, Cloud, Wireless, and IP Telephony, ensuring the network operates smoothly and efficiently.
