Your Impact

As a Senior Customer Coordinator, you will:

  • Own and manage end-to-end customer experience for overseas accounts
  • Ensure smooth order execution from quotation to delivery
  • Act as the bridge between customers and production, ensuring alignment and accuracy
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main contact for international clients, building strong, trust-based relationships
  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and issues with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Coordinate with CAD/Design, Production, QA, and Logistics to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
  • Proactively track order status and communicate risks or delays with solutions
  • Prepare quotations and commercial documents, ensuring correctness and fast turnaround
  • Identify upselling opportunities and support business growth initiatives
  • Monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT) and continuously improve service quality
  • Support customer’s sample tracking and company collection organization for client presentations
  • Represent the company in international trade shows or customer meetings (occasionally)

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)
  • Thai nationality
  • Strong & Effective English communication skills (professional working level required)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in:
    • Customer service / account coordination / sales support
    • Jewelry manufacturing or related industry (highly preferred)
  • Solid understanding of jewelry production processes
  • Ability to handle multiple clients, deadlines, and complex coordination independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

  • Experience managing overseas or B2B clients
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics Navision is a plus)
