Services Coordinator - Creative Packaging Solution Co., Ltd.

Job Responsibility:

Services Coordinator reports directly to Managing Director and cooperate with

Services Engineers

 Coordinate the after-sales services jobs with services engineers, sales team,

suppliers and customers

 Deliver Services Quality to the customers to satisfy them

 Summarize and evaluate the customer’s machine problems

 Trouble shooting and finding solutions for the machine problems

 Coordinate planning of the new machine installation and commissioning

 Report European manufacturers in case of machine problems to find out the

solutions

 Send problem solving report to services team and customers

 Set appointment for services jobs, yearly services

 Collect, check and record the services reports

 Identify the Spare Part Number (P/N) which the customers require

 Create a Preventive Plan (PM) for the customers

 Create a Yearly Services Maintenance for the customers

 Travel to meet the customers in Bangkok and up-country sometimes

(70% In office/ 30% Out office)

Qualifications:

 Male or Female, Age more than 23 years, Thai nationality

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, technician

 English language capability is the most important criteria. Able to communicate in

English via email every day. Fluent in writing, reading, and speaking English.

 Good skills in communications with people. Able to do multi-tasks under pressure

and time limits.

 TOEIC score more than 600 will be considered specially

 Good serviced mind

 Careful and meticulous in details of paper works. Able to complete in due time. 

 If having at least 1 year experience in the services industries for machineries, robots,

inspection equipment would be benefit

 Teamwork skills to cooperate with internal team, suppliers and customers
