Product Design and Developement - Aioi Bangkok Insurance Public Company Limited

Design and develop both motor and non-motor insurance products from concept through launch and lifecycle management.

Review and draft policy wordings, endorsements, and product-related documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance.

Work closely with underwriting, actuarial, legal, compliance, operations, and sales teams to develop feasible and competitive products.

Monitor regulatory updates and ensure product filings comply with OIC and other relevant authorities.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities or enhancements.

Coordinate cross-functional project teams during product development and rollout phases.

Support internal training and product launch communication.

Track product performance and recommend improvements based on data insights and customer feedback.

Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in underwriting (Non-Motor such as an IAR, Fire) with a strong grasp of policy wording and insurance product structure.

Understanding of product development processes and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

Proficiency in Thai and English (especially for reviewing documents and communication with regulatory bodies).
