Responsibilities
- Estimating support
- Assisting in the ordering of production jobs within designated timeframes
- Working with Drafted Residential plans to perform complete take-offs and Accurate Bills of Quantities.
- Liaising with sales, operations, and Estimating Teams
- Provide reports and workflow documentation as appropriate.
- Follow-up documentation directed by the Estimating Manager.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil engineering.
- Experience in both Architectural and engineering plans.
- Plan swift experience is Preferred but not essential.
- Strong MS Office Skills – especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish working relationships and engage with diverse individuals.
- Proven experience in a team environment.
- Forecasting the cost of materials required for the project.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to change.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven organization and time management skills, you must be a self-starter.
- Experience in a construction Industry preferred but not essential.
- Candidate must have exceptional Written and Spoken English.
- English test score will be advantage.
