Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership
  • Work closely with business and operations leaders to align HR initiatives with company objectives and values.
  • Develop talent strategies including succession planning, leadership development, and career progression programs.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement action plans based on employee feedback.
  • Support organizational change, digital HR initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Strengthen the company's employer brand to attract and retain high-quality talent.

HR Operations & Talent Management
  • Oversee HR operations across Thailand and Cambodia.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and incentive programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  • Partner with Finance to monitor headcount and manpower costs.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for employee and HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and documentation.

Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations in Thailand and Cambodia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
    • 5–8 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
    • Prior experience in Retail, Fashion, or FMCG industries preferred.
    • Strong understanding of labour laws and employment regulations.
    • Regional or multi-country HR experience is an advantage.
    • Excellent English and Thai communication skills, both written and spoken.
    • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
