Responsibilities
- สนับสนุนงานขายในช่องทางออฟไลน์และออนไลน์ เช่น ร้านค้า Dealer, Retail, Modern Trade, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok
- ดูแลข้อมูลสินค้า ลงสินค้าใหม่ อัปเดตราคา ปรับปรุงรูปภาพสินค้าให้เหมาะสม ทำโปรโมชั่น และประสานงานกับทีมขายและร้านค้า
- วางกลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายด้วยการเข้าร่วมแคมเปญของแพลตฟอร์มและใช้เครื่องมือต่างๆ เช่น โฆษณาภายในแพลตฟอร์ม
- ตอบคำถาม ให้ข้อมูลสินค้า และช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในการตัดสินใจซื้อ
- ติดตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อและประสานงานการจัดส่ง
- ตรวจเช็กสต๊อกสินค้า ตรวจสอบการจัดวางสินค้า (Display) และอุปกรณ์ส่งเสริมการขาย (POSM)
- ลงพื้นที่ร้านค้าตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (หากต้องลงพื้นที่)
- รวบรวมและสรุปยอดขายรายวัน/รายสัปดาห์ให้หัวหน้างาน
- ประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาจากร้านค้าและคู่ค้าเบื้องต้น
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย เช่น งานออกบูธหรืองานอีเวนต์
- จัดทำเอกสารการขายและรายงานต่าง ๆ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- บุคลิกดี กระตือรือร้น และพร้อมเรียนรู้งานใหม่
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- ใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้ (โดยเฉพาะ Excel: Vlookup)
- หากมีประสบการณ์ฝึกงานด้านการขาย / ประสานงานขาย / Modern Trade / E-commerce จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
