Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Analyze financial performance and key metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses, including P&L, cash flow, and risk assessments
- Oversee and enhance internal financial control systems and procedures
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data accuracy and financial statement integrity
- Provide guidance on tax matters and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Participate in the evaluation and financial analysis of new investment projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
- Experience within E-Commerce, Retail, Trading, or Marketplace industries
- Business-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
- Deep understanding of ERP systems and financial data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for financial information
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus.
