Responsibilities
- Welcome members and walk-in guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Introduce fitness programs and recommend suitable membership packages
- Convert inquiries and trial sessions into active memberships
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients to achieve sales target
- Manage class bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules
- Respond to customer inquiries via LINE OA, phone, and social media channels
- Maintain accurate member profiles, attendance, and package records
- Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure the studio reception and common areas are clean and presentable
- Build strong member relationships to encourage retention and renewals
Qualifications
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and healthy living
- Experience in sales, fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage
- Energetic, friendly, and confident interacting with people
- Comfortable recommending and selling membership packages
- Able to communicate in both Thai and English
- Service-minded with a positive and professional attitude
- Responsible, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of social media and customer communication platforms is a plus
- Able to work flexible 6 days per week
- Able to work in shift working (operation time starts from 6.00 a.m. - 09.30 p.m.)
