Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)
- ให้การสนับสนุนลูกค้าก่อนและหลังการขาย ผ่านช่องทางแชท
- จัดการและแก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การแก้ไขปัญหาเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- บันทึกข้อมูลการบริการลูกค้าในระบบอย่างถูกต้อง
- สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนกะการทำงานได้ตามความจำเป็น
Qualifications
เวลาทำงาน (Working Hours)
- กะเช้า: 7:00 น. – 16:00 น.
คุณสมบัติ (Requirements)
- การศึกษา: ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ, อนุปริญญา หรือปริญญาตรี (ทุกสาขา)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับพื้นฐานถึงปานกลาง (Basic–Intermediate)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริการลูกค้า, งานก่อน/หลังการขาย หรือ Call Center จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานเป็นกะและปรับเปลี่ยนเวลาทำงานได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
