- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและสภาพของสินค้าที่ลูกค้าส่งคืน พร้อมบันทึกข้อมูลเข้าระบบ
- บริหารสต็อกสินค้าคืนให้เป็นระเบียบ พร้อมดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จตามแผนงานรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน
- ประสานงานกับทีม Customer Service ประเทศไทย เพื่อให้กระบวนการรับคืนสินค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่ที่เซี่ยงไฮ้ เพื่อพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการรับคืนสินค้า
- ดูแลสต็อกสินค้าคืนให้มีการหมุนเวียนอย่างเหมาะสม ป้องกันสินค้าค้างสต็อก และรักษาความเป็นระเบียบของคลังสินค้า
- จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานประจำสัปดาห์และประจำเดือน พร้อมเสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน
- เข้ารับการอบรมตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท และสามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้หรือสอนการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าขนาดเล็กให้กับทีมงานในประเทศไทยได้
Qualifications
- สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ และหากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งานระบบ ERP หรือเคยทำงานด้านคลังสินค้า/คัดแยกสินค้าคืน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายทีมได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบ เรียนรู้เร็ว ปรับตัวได้ดี และสามารถปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
