Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ ลงทะเบียน และจัดการพัสดุที่ถูกส่งคืนในคลังสินค้า เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ประสานงานการจัดเก็บและบริหารสต็อกพัสดุคืน ดูแลการดำเนินงานรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมบริการลูกค้าในประเทศไทย เพื่อให้กระบวนการคืนสินค้าเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สื่อสารและประสานงานกับทีมต่างประเทศ เพื่อปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการคืนสินค้า
- ดูแลการหมุนเวียนสต็อกพัสดุคืนให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ป้องกันการค้างสต็อก
- รายงานผลการดำเนินงานรายสัปดาห์และรายเดือนต่อหัวหน้าฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า พร้อมข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
- ปรับตัวเข้ากับการฝึกอบรมมาตรฐานสากล และสามารถถ่ายทอดการทำงานให้ทีมท้องถิ่น
Qualifications
ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้านคลังสินค้า แต่หากมีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และระบบ ERP หากเคยทำงานด้านการคัดแยกพัสดุหรือคลังสินค้าจะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมทีมที่ดี สามารถปรับตัวและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
