Responsibilities
We're looking for passionate talents to join our Accounting Team:
• Accounting Specialist (English Speaker)
Job Description:1. Verify the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents for payment document follow as compliance with the company's policies and procedures.2. Record import product expenses into the accounting system 3. Record purchase transactions and record payment in the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.4. Record fixed asset acquisitions and assign depreciation rates in accordance with the guidelines specified by the Revenue Department.5. Record Tax Invoices and Invoices from Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok platforms into the accounting system accurately and completely.6. Record revenues from Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok platforms into the accounting system 7. Prepare and submit withholding tax reports (PND.3, PND.53, and PND.54) to the supervisor within the required deadlines.8. Assist with monthly closings, audit support, and other finance-related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
1.Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields
2.At least 1 year of experience in Accounting. Prior experience in e-commerce or a similar industry is a plus;
3. Able to use Microsoft Office and ready to learn how to use technology
4. Honest, diligent, determined, enthusiastic, highly responsible
5. Careful and able to check Accounting documents correctly
6. Good problem-solving skills
7.Have a positive attitude and accept others' opinions
8. Able to work as a team and work under pressure
