Responsibilities
About the role
As a Key Account Executive at Toyota Material Handling Warehouse Solutions (Thailand) Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the company's key accounts. This is a full-time position based in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan, and you will play a crucial role in contributing to the overall sales and growth objectives of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively manage and develop existing key accounts to maximise sales opportunities
- Identify and pursue new sales prospects that align with the company's target market and strategic priorities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for key clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each key account
- Participate in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide regular progress updates and performance reporting to management
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the warehouse or logistics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools and technologies
- Degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or supply chain management
