Responsibilities
- Plan and manage maintenance work for company products, such as automated systems, electric forklifts, and warehouse equipment.
- Inspect the quality of maintenance work and related documentation, and prepare reports for customers upon request.
- Analyze issues quickly and efficiently using engineering principles and develop preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Coordinate with technicians and provide guidance to customers to ensure satisfaction when addressing reported issues or complaints.
- Manage the technician team to achieve company objectives (SLA - Service Level Agreement).
- Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
Qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field.
- - New graduates are welcome (graduates with a vocational degree continuing to a bachelor's will be given special consideration).
- - Experience or project work related to automated material handling systems, equipment, or machinery maintenance is a plus.
- Skilled in the use of technical tools.
- - Excellent problem-solving and quick decision-making skills in real-time situations.
- - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- - Ability to read electrical diagrams and perform basic electrical system design.
- - A strong service-minded attitude.
- - A proactive and continuous learner.
- - Strong planning and negotiation skills.
- - Ability to manage and lead personnel within a department.
- - Possess a driver's license and be able to travel domestically and internationally.
