Khon Kaen Branch Manager - Toyota Material Handling Warehouse Solutions (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Plan, manage, and drive sales targets for both new and used/refurbished electric forklifts.

Supervise, support, and direct the sales team for both showroom sales and client field visits.

Manage showroom operations and equipment displays (both new and used), ensuring all units are presentable, market-ready, and appealing.

Oversee Fleet Management Center operations to ensure compliance with company standards (TLLP/ASEC).

Control and monitor technical team performance, covering pre-sale refurbishment, maintenance, and after-sales services.

Manage warehouse inventory, spare parts, equipment, tools, and maintain workplace safety and environmental standards.

Manage the Training Center and prepare facilities to host safe electric forklift operation training for customers.

Lead, manage, and develop branch personnel across all functions (Sales, Technicians, Admin, and Interns).

Monitor and audit administrative tasks, including documentation, basic accounting, sales records, and monthly summary reports.

Oversee overall orderliness, safety, security, asset management, and general operations across the Khon Kaen branch premises.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management, assistant branch management, or supervisory roles.

Experience in forklift, heavy machinery, automotive, or industrial equipment industries is highly preferred.

Background or experience in sales and service management.

Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of technical systems and electrical components of heavy equipment or forklifts.

Good command of spoken and written English is a strong plus.

Proficient in office applications (MS Office, Google Workspace) or ERP systems.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel off-site for customer visits or coordination.
