Responsibilities

Monitoring Sales Performance
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the sales team to ensure goals are met
Coordinating with other departments in wealth management team / relevant department in Bangkok Bank
Collaborating with the marketing team, product team and BU Finance team to bring campaigns to boost sales for the frontline team
Analyzing and Managing Sales Data
Collecting and analyzing sales data to identify business development opportunities
Using data to make decisions and improve sales strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher
Age not over 40 years
Experience in Banking and Sales Management at least 5 years
Data driven with strong analytical & problem solving.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices and presentation tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
