Inventory Control Officer - INABATA THAI CO.,LTD.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage inventory planning and inventory control activities according to demand and supply plans.
2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to support customer demand.
3. Analyze inventory movements, forecast impacts, and potential supply risks, and provide timely inventory information to Sales and related teams regarding issues that may impact sales.
4. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouses, Suppliers, and Logistics providers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
5. Coordinate with suppliers to issue purchase orders (POs) for stock receipt and resolve operational issues related to inventory management, including QC holds, delivery delays, documentation issues, and other related matters.
6. Support automation and digitalization initiatives for inventory planning, inventory reporting, and supply chain processes.

• Female 24-27 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree in any fields.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Coordinator or Customer Service roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Data Analysis)
• Proficiency in computer skills; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
