Warehouse Leader, Work at TIP7 Klong Song Nam Km.19 - INABATA THAI CO.,LTD.

• Oversee the general operations of warehouse
• Managing warehouse layout on safety rule
• Controlling operation worker to follow company policy/rules, WI, safety rules, etc.
• Supervise the checkers and forklift staff, as well as finding solutions for prevention of any possible errors 
• Organize the inventory and storage areas
• Making Damage report, Mistake report, or Accident report
• Able to do summary reports in English for updating the progress to a Japanese Manager
• Skill in manpower planning staff's performance assessment, and supervision
• Checking progress of operation in receiving and outgoing team and keep updating Handling IN-OUT on all whiteboard
• Planning and Supporting 5S activity
• Planning and Supporting KAIZEN activity (OT, gasoline, etc)
• Follow instruction of manager as assigned

• Male of Female, aged 30-40 years old (Thai nationality only)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills both of Thai and English
• Hold bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields
• Able to work at Bangplee area
• Experienced at least 5 years in warehouse management
• Strong analytical thinking, supervisory and leadership skills
• Understanding and Mindset of HO-REN-SO ,5S and KAIZEN
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Be a good team player
• Enjoy problem-solving
• Owning a car or a motorcycle is preferred
