Construction Engineer - Lotus Healing Center Co., Ltd.

The Construction Engineer (Construction Project Management) is responsible for the organization, planning, construction, technical management, quality management, resource management, safety and civilized construction management, external coordination, and completion acceptance management at the construction site. (Mae Tang Site)

1. Manage the organization of the construction site, including the allocation and use of personnel, materials, and machinery.

2. Oversee the planning management of the construction site, including the preparation, implementation, and control of construction schedules.

3. Supervise the construction and technical management of the site, including the preparation, review, and implementation of construction plans.

4. Ensure quality management at the construction site by establishing and maintaining quality control systems.

5. Implement safety and civilized construction management at the site, including safety education, safety inspections, and safety precautions.

6. Coordinate external management at the construction site, including communication with owners, supervisors, and quality inspection units.

7. Manage the completion acceptance of the construction site, including the collection, organization, and submission of completion documents.

1. Bachelor degree or above in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2. Age not over 35 yrs.

3. Over 5 years of experience in construction site management.

4. Familiarity with construction standards, quality standards, acceptance standards, and relevant laws and regulations.

5. Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and management skills.

6. Able to use AutoCAD, 3D software, and SketchUp proficiently.

7. High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for work.

8. Good command in English.
