Responsibilities
วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง / Purpose of the Position:
ดูแล ตรวจสอบ และบำรุงรักษาระบบและอุปกรณ์ทางเทคนิคภายในองค์กร ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ปลอดภัย และต่อเนื่อง เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงจากการชำรุดเสียหาย และสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของทุกหน่วยงาน
Ensure proper inspection, maintenance, and functionality of technical systems and equipment within the organization to maintain efficiency, safety, and operational continuity, while minimizing breakdown risks and supporting all departments.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ / Key Responsibilities:
- ดูแล ตรวจสอบ และบำรุงรักษาระบบและอุปกรณ์ทางเทคนิคภายในองค์กร (Inspect, maintain, and ensure proper functioning of technical systems and equipment within the organization)
- ซ่อมแซมงานเบื้องต้น เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา แอร์ และอุปกรณ์ทั่วไป (Perform basic repairs such as electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general equipment)
- ตรวจเช็คความพร้อมของเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ (Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition at all times)
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาเบื้องต้นและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (Diagnose issues and provide effective technical solutions)
- ดำเนินการตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) (Carry out preventive maintenance as planned)
- บันทึกข้อมูลการซ่อมบำรุงและรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน (Record maintenance activities and report work results)
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือผู้รับเหมา (ถ้ามี) (Coordinate with relevant departments or external contractors (if any))
- ปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย (Safety Standards) (Follow safety standards and procedures)
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (Perform other duties as assigned)
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications:
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช./ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาช่างไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Vocational Diploma / Higher Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
At least 1–3 years of maintenance experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
3. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล หรือระบบอาคาร
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or building systems
4. สามารถใช้เครื่องมือช่างได้ดี
Proficient in using technical tools
5. มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
Good problem-solving skills
6. มีความรับผิดชอบ ขยัน และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
Responsible, diligent, and able to work as part of a team
7. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ หรือทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ (ถ้ามีความจำเป็น)
Able to work in shifts or overtime if required
