Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate logistics operations: Monitor daily shipments and deliveries.
• Customer communication: Handle inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues professionally.
• Documentation management: Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
• Supplier coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely service.
• Process improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency.
• Client service: Deliver excellent customer service to strengthen relationships.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (new graduates welcome).
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
