Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AX Support Officer to assist end-users in resolving day-to-day issues related to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. The successful candidate will be responsible for basic troubleshooting, report generation (including using Atlas Toolkit), and support for business operations through AX.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to end-users on AX 2012 issues across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, and other modules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to diagnose and escalate unresolved issues.
• Generate reports for management and operational teams using built-in AX queries, SQL, or Atlas Toolkit.
• Assist in training and onboarding new users on AX features and workflows.
• Document user issues and solutions, contributing to a growing knowledge base.
• Conduct data validations, clean-ups, or simple field-level changes where permitted.
• Test and verify the functionality of minor configuration changes.
• Support month-end/year-end operations in AX where applicable.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, preferably in a support or power-user role.
• Familiarity with AX modules such as Finance, Sales, Inventory, or Production.
• Knowledge of SQL (basic queries) and reporting tools like Atlas Toolkit or Excel PowerPivot.
• Strong problem-solving skills and service-minded attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
• Fluency in English and Thai (spoken & written) is preferred.
