Responsibilities
Job Description
• Lead, manage, and develop the Export Sales team to achieve company sales targets and growth in international markets
• Define export sales strategies, set performance goals, and monitor results against targets
• Identify and develop new international business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
• Cultivate, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with key overseas clients, distributors, and business partners
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and pricing structures with international customers
• Oversee market research activities to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities in different regions
• Monitor global market conditions, assess risks, and recommend business strategies accordingly
• Manage, organize, and control all export sales operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics requirements
• Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and other internal departments to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order processing and delivery
• Prepare, review, and present regular sales reports, forecasts, performance analyses, and market intelligence to senior management
• Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluation for the Export Sales team to enhance productivity and capability
• Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings as required
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in export sales, international business development, or related managerial roles
• Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, documentation, and global logistics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in multiple international markets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite, internet applications, and CRM systems
• Ability to travel abroad when required
