Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• สรรหา เปรียบเทียบราคา และเจรจาต่อรองกับผู้ขาย เพื่อให้ได้ราคาที่เหมาะสม คุณภาพดี และเงื่อนไขที่ดีที่สุด
• จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order: PO) และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายละเอียดสินค้าและจำนวน
• วิเคราะห์ราคาและต้นทุน เพื่อสนับสนุนการลดค่าใช้จ่ายของบริษัท
• จัดเก็บและปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลผู้ขาย (Supplier Database)
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในเกี่ยวกับความต้องการในการจัดซื้อ
• ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา
• ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้และเอกสารประกอบก่อนส่งฝ่ายบัญชี
• ประเมินผลการทำงานของผู้ขาย และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดซื้อ
• ปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายและระเบียบการจัดซื้อของบริษัท
Qualifications
• เพศหญิง อายุ 23–35 ปี
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ ซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้อ/จัดหา อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองและการสื่อสารที่ดี
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (พูด อ่าน เขียน)
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ ERP โดยเฉพาะ MS DynamicAX จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
