เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี / Junior Accountant - TITAN POLY TECH CO.,LTD.

ตรวจสอบและบันทึกรายการใบแจ้งหนี้และใบเสร็จรับเงินจากคู่ค้าเข้าสู่ระบบบัญชี

จัดทำรายการบันทึกสมุดรายวันสำหรับรายการจ่ายเงินล่วงหน้า (Pre-payments) และรายการจ่ายเงินคู่ค้าประจำ (Recurring Payments)

ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารแบบ 3 ทาง (3-Way Matching) โดยกระทบยอดระหว่างใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) ใบรับสินค้า และใบแจ้งหนี้คู่ค้า

ตรวจสอบและดูแลการดำเนินงานให้ถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนดกฎหมายภาษีอากรในประเทศ

ตอบคำถามและประสานงานกับคู่ค้าเกี่ยวกับสถานะการชำระเงิน

จัดเตรียมเอกสารด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP) และใบเสร็จการชำระเงิน เพื่อรองรับการตรวจสอบบัญชีทั้งภายในและภายนอก

Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices and bills into the accounting system.

Prepare journal entries for pre-payments, and recurring vendor payments.

Perform 3-way matching (matching purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices) to verify accuracy.

Ensure compliance with local tax requirements.

Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status.

Support internal and external audits AP documentation and payment receipts.

วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรืออนุปริญญา สาขาการบัญชี การเงิน การบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชี 0–2 ปีขึ้นไป (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ที่มีประสบการณ์ฝึกงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง)

มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และมีทักษะในการสื่อสารประสานงานที่ดี

สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน (Microsoft Office / Excel) หรือโปรแกรมบัญชีได้

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 0–2+ years of accounting experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).

Strong detail orientation, integrity, and good interpersonal skills.

Proficient in basic computer software (Microsoft Office / Excel) or accounting software.
