Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems across all company branches.
Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, internet, Wi-Fi, POS, CCTV, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, access points, and internet connections.
Support POS systems, cashier systems, receipt printers, kitchen printers, and related restaurant/bar operation systems.
Maintain CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, and basic security equipment.
Set up and maintain computers, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and office devices.
Coordinate with external vendors, internet providers, POS providers, CCTV providers, and other IT suppliers.
Manage IT assets, equipment inventory, and basic documentation.
Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support new branch setup, equipment installation, and on-site technical operations when required.
Respond quickly to urgent technical issues and ensure problems are followed up until resolved.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or related roles.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi, router, switch, access point, and printer systems.
Experience with POS systems, CCTV systems, or restaurant/hospitality IT systems will be an advantage.
Able to troubleshoot technical problems independently and work well under pressure.
Good communication skills with a service-minded attitude.
Responsible, punctual, hands-on, and willing to learn.
Able to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors professionally.
Able to travel to other company branches when required.
Flexible with working hours in case of urgent technical issues.
