Responsibilities
• Responsibilities planning of all converting process achieve the target and sale demand
• Responsibilities and control high technology machine , manpower to improve the highest efficiency and safety
• Responsible for all production cost and cost saving
• Optimize asset utilization to meet sale demand and develop new product
• Develop and train operating crews to improve skill level and achieve higher efficiency
• Responsible for all shift operations at all time on a 24 hours basis
Qualifications
• Bachelor‘s degree of Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related
• Experience in related FMCG industry and 5 years of management experience
• Good English reading, speaking, and writing skill
• Strong commander in line process
• Good planning and system management
• Good employee human relationship
• Good knowledge in computer
• Technical skill and problem solving
